Our Goal: Fanapi Foundation is looking to develop partnerships with global eye health organizations and individuals to provide much needed optometric and eye care services to the people living in the outer islands of Micronesia. We are seeking volunteer optometrists and other eye care professionals to travel to Chuuk for the inaugural Fanapi Eye CARE team to provide basic eye care and glasses to enable children and women to see. Such services are needed as the government public health department provides no such services to the people.
