We invite individuals, organizations, or businesses to serve as sponsors for the MDSP or any of our fundraiser events. Please download the Event Sponsorship Form below for ways to get involved in the latest fundraiser event.
MDSP PARTNERS – The MDSP Partners contribute over $1,000 to support the MDSP’s operations. Partners have their name, logo, website prominently displayed on the MDSP website and acknowledged on all publication and at events.
EVENT SPONSORS – Sponsors have their our name, logo will be prominently displayed on the MDSP website and acknowledged on the event program and verbally recognized at the event. Minimum donation: $150
DONORS: Your company name will be included in a list of donors unless you want anonymity.
ATTEND EVENT – We will soon launch an online way to purchase your ticket.
SILENT AUCTION – Donate items or services of any value to be part of our silent auction during the Fundraiser Dinner. You will be acknowledged in the event program.
RAFFLE PRIZES – Donate items or services of any value that will be raffled off throughout the evening. All Raffle Prize sponsors will be acknowledged on the event program.
