DENTAL TEAM: Dentists who wish to donate their time, expertise, and resources to serve on future Dental Care Trips to Micronesia. No trips are planned for Summer 2015.
SUPPORT TEAM: The Support Team serves as the advance support crew for any of the Fanapi Care outreach teams. They are responsible for all aspect of the clinics including logistics, clinic set up and clean up, transportation, meals, patient sign-ins, local trainings, etc.
LOCAL PARTNERS: Fanapi Care Teams depend on local partners who fill a variety of important roles in the local communities in which the clinics are set up.
- Student Translators: Chuukese students who speak English and can accompany the English-speaking health care teams.
- Health Assistants: The health assistants are professional dental health educators who volunteer their time and expertise to accompany the medical teams or conduct health education programs.
